The Hyde Group is a leading provider of affordable housing, owning or managing over 40,000 homes, operating predominantly in London and the South East of England. We provide housing, regeneration and related services to over 120,000 people in London, Kent, Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire, Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire and Lincolnshire.
The Group comprises the parent body of Hyde Housing Association, a Community Businesses Operation, which includes the subsidiary registered social landlords (RSLs), Minster which manages homes across the East of England and East Midlands, predominantly in Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire; and our operation in the south that partners Hyde with the former Martlet Homes known as HydeMartlet.
The Group also includes Hyde Plus, our specialist economic and social regeneration arm; Hyde Charitable Trust, which focuses its work on services for disadvantaged young people within our communities and a group-wide financial inclusion programme; INplace, which is responsible for marketing shared ownership, and key worker homes across the Group and Hyde Vale, a company devoted to market renting and outright sale.
Hyde’s supported housing subsidiary, in touch, manages over 1,200 homes providing care and support to older and vulnerable residents, and additionally provides support services to over 4,000 people living in Hyde’s properties across The Group.
